Chicago Bulls Inspired Fleece Hat with Horns Hand-made lined fleece hat. Made in the USA All of the hats sold by Designs by Alison are made from the same template. The shape fits a bit like a hood and was originally designed to fit an adult head. Hats are approximately 30" top to bottom. I can make this hat as any cow/bull variety/color scheme. From Designs by Alison whose patented hats have been featured on WGN Morning News. This is an adult sized hat, but works well on little ones too. Patented hood-like design keeps neck warm fits over other hats & hoods. Can take off and rest on back like a hood too. Featured as red & white but I can make in any color combination.
